The home inspection is much like going to a doctor for a check up.  It is the physicians job to identify areas that may need further attention by a specialist.  

No home is perfect.  Even new home construction should be inspected by a third party inspector to help identify issues that might affect the general maintenance of the home. 

Using Homeguage software, it is my goal to present the report in an easy, readable fasion.  The following report is an example of how all my inspections are written.
