Our reports include digital photographs of any issues we find(See Sample Report).
We review with you all of our findings, and do not leave the site until we have answered all of your questions.
Don't worry, if you can't make it to the inspection, we can handle all of the paperwork, and payment online. We are also happy to schedule a time convenient for you in order for us to review our findings with you via phone.
Also, for your convenience we upload your home inspection report to the internet within 24 hours of us arriving at your new potential home.
